Free entries have exactly the same chance of winning as paid entries.
5. Winner Selection
All winners are selected using a random number generator or independently verified random draw after the competition closes.
Every valid entry has an equal chance of being selected.

6. Prize Details

If, due to circumstances beyond our control, a prize becomes unavailable, we reserve the right to substitute it with:

9. Cash Alternatives

Not every competition includes a cash alternative.
10. Instant Win Competitions
Some competitions include instant win prizes.
Instant win outcomes are predetermined before the competition opens.
Winning entries are randomly allocated to entry numbers before any entries are sold.
If a winning entry number is purchased, the corresponding instant prize is awarded automatically.
If a winning entry remains unsold when the competition closes, that instant prize may remain unclaimed unless otherwise stated.
11. Website Availability
Whilst we aim to provide uninterrupted access, we cannot guarantee the website will always be available.
Competitions may be paused, extended or cancelled where necessary due to:
